Our Demands Are For Long-Term Security!

  • Real Wage Increases: Taking inflation into account, UC Executives’ real wages have increased by 50% on average since 2017. Meanwhile, SX and Patient Care workers have taken an 8% wage cut.
  • Affordable Healthcare: Years ago, we fought for and won a $10 cap on healthcare increase. UC wants to remove the cap so they can raise our rates whenever they want. We won’t fall for UCs bribes that give them power to impose unlimited increases
  • Housing Benefits: Just last year, UC gave $530 MILLION in low-interest home loans to over 500 executives & faculty. It costs UC nothing to give us the same housing benefits, including housing assistance and low-interest loans.
