Historic Agreement on Patient Care Sets Pattern for Service!!!
After more than a year of bargaining, our Bargaining Team has arrived at an Agreement for Patient Care. The 5 year contract includes many dramatic improvements, including a guaranteed, longevity based step system and across the board increases, guaranteed statewide minimum wage of $14.50 by the end of the contract, overtime after shift, and much more. This agreement sets the pattern for Service Workers to achieve the same contract, and allows us to focus all our energy on escalating our Service fight!
