Bargaining Update #6: State Declares Impasse and Assigns Mediator to Our Negotiations
After more than 5 months of bargaining with UC Management, AFSCME and UC are far from an Agreement on our main issues. The state has officially declared that further negotiations will not produce an agreement without mediation.
